The event was organized by the Middle East Research Institute (MERI) in partnership with a number of regional and international research institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">One of the forum\u2019s key sessions, titled \u201cA New Syria: A Central Axis for the Levant and Iraq\u201d, was moderated by Delawer Ala&#8217; al-deen, President of the MERI Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">The session featured Syrian and international experts who discussed Syria&#8217;s ongoing political, economic, and social transformations and their implications for the region. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Zozan Alloush highlighted the pressing need for constitutional solutions that ensure pluralism and fair representation of all Syrian communities, particularly in the context of northeastern Syria, where centralized governance models have proven ineffective.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;
