font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\">The session featured diverse perspectives, criticisms, and community concerns, resulting in key recommendations for civil society organizations, political entities, and governing authorities, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\">The new political climate should be leveraged to promote civic, political, and societal engagement, fostering new agreements that recognize pluralism and inclusivity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\">Mechanisms for transitional justice must be activated, prioritizing a comprehensive ceasefire, halting human rights violations along the coast, ensuring the safe return of displaced individuals, and holding perpetrators of crimes accountable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\">The success of agreements depends on limiting Turkish and Israeli influence or involving other nations with a constructive role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\">Transparency and clear public positions will reflect the actual challenges and pressures at hand, providing an alternative to divisive rhetoric and baseless accusations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\">Internal governance in northern and eastern Syria\u2014specifically in Hasakah, Raqqa, Kobani, Tabqa, and Deir ez-Zor\u2014requires institutional strengthening and service improvements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\">The anticipated intra-Kurdish dialogue must remain free from external interference and personal or factional interests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\">If the situation deteriorates and viable options diminish, activists must mobilize new waves of civil protest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
